Diamond Event & Tent provides services for hundreds of destination weddings each year—in the most amazing western venues. Tenting is frequently an important part of these services, and our expertise and resources make all the difference.

Diamond’s chairs, tables, linens, tableware, barware and accessories are utilized by caterers, venues, planners and individuals. We’ll be happy to help brainstorm how our rental equipment and event services can help you create an amazing wedding.

Our client asked us to level a mountain top meadow with an engineered flooring system and then install a clearspan tent on top of the floor. The result was a spectacular venue for an unforgettable wedding. The choice of a clear top allowed the guests to feel like they were part of the environment even if the autumn weather turned cold. It did, in fact, snow the night before the wedding and the investment in a tent paid off handsomely.

The Stein Eriksen Lodge provided a classic mountain venue for the ceremony and dinner. The ceremony's backdrop was the Deer Valley view from the lodge and the Sonoma Crossback Chairs and Vineyard Tables provide a rustic ambiance for the dinner.

This beautiful wedding on the veranda at the St. Regis in Deer Valley utilized a clear top tent and open walls to provide cover from rain but also allowed the dinner to feel like it was outside. A sleek and in a way minimalist look comes from silver chivaris and silver chargers. The leg drapes and swagged fabric provide an understated elegance. Venues like this can look very different when the rental furniture, linens and accessories provide a subtle visual backdrop.

The Lodge at Blue Sky Ranch served as a scenic backdrop for this destination wedding. Ghost chairs offered an understated seating option for the ceremony, and whitewashed Sonoma cross back chairs provided a lighter look for the dinner that was held in the Arena. Diamond offers a variety of items including chuppahs and iron chandeliers that can complete the wedding.

Highland Gardens served as the backdrop for this wedding that paired Lamour blush velvet linens with mahogany chivari chairs, Vinyard farm tables, Arezzo gold flatware and gold chargers. The color choices of the linens, flatware and furniture flow nicely with the garden setting and create a warm and welcoming ambiance. We like how this look brings to mind everything that we all like about a summer wedding.

La Caille's canyon vista provides an outstanding backdrop for a wedding. Our client chose a Tidewater sail cloth tent for the ceremony and our whitewashed Sonoma chairs for the dinner in the Atrium. Sailcloth tents have center and perimeter poles that need to be worked into the plan, but they also have a timeless feel that translates to the whole event. The investment in a tent helps everyone feel more confident when the weather becomes unpredictable-but it makes a huge difference in the sun as well.
